I'll be traveling in the saddle of my trusty Salsa Casseroll - an incredibly trustworthy ride that I've had for several years and close to 7000 miles.
The Casseroll is a steel frame that is sadly no longer in production. My model was sold as a complete bike with Shimano 105 components and a triple crank. I've kept it that way.
It is fitted with touring tires and a rack, which will carry a pair of Ortlieb panniers (not pictured). I ride with a small tool kit and pump, as well as a Cateye computer to track miles.
